When we continue to push quality and service, we expect the same when it comes to our partners/OEM’s. It can be an easy process when a customer tells you what they want, and most companies would move forward with that as the right solution. We know that it isn’t always the best direction for our customers and through the process of understanding, expectations for growth and current production, we can take that and make sure we aren’t just putting in another problem. Our expectation with automation on a singular basis or a fully integrated line, is to provide a seamless system that incorporates efficiency, growth potential, maintenance functionality and overall, a system/line that communicates through simplicity. With our partners we have been able to provide fully integrated lines specific to end-of-line packaging. Our projects end with success because we start onsite, getting a full understanding of the current failures and future needs. We provide as many visits needed in order to confirm we aren’t missing or over complicating the process. With Keystone our project management, design team, service and support, are combined through the entire project process in order to make sure we are incorporating the “right” solution for our customers. As seen through our past projects, it doesn’t end at startup, it’s a continued process through training, product runs and first week runs. We don’t leave because we see a successful startup, we stay through understanding that issues can arise, and we are there to immediately address and improve as needed. Being a company with multiple divisions that work together. It allows us to support our customers in the performance of the equipment and the materials that are used long term. We can drive efficiently and reduce costs for our customers. We perform site visits to meet every 6 weeks up to quarterly visits as needed with the buyers, maintenance, plant managers, and employees on the line running the equipment to get feedback on performance. We are focused on continuous improvement, removing waste, driving efficiency, and reducing the overall cost of materials for our customers.
